Our Executive 5 Bedroom Florida villa is fully air conditioned and is ultra modern in design. We have furnished our home to the highest possible standard.  The location is simply perfect, as it is only a 15 minute drive from all the magic of Disney World. Our home is so convenient to Disney that you will be able to visit in the morning, return home for an afternoon by our South facing private pool and then go back to Disney, for those amazing evening parades and firework displays.

Below is our South facing private pool and spa with the much sought after conservation views and extra large Lanai. You will have the sun on our pool from mid morning until sunset and as can clearly be seen,you will have total Privacy, as we are NOT overlooked by other Villas.



We have a fantastic games room, featuring a 7 ft 6" American pool table, Air Hockey table and Bar Football. This will be a sheer delight for the children and is very popular with the adults too!.



Our family room has an amazing 8 seater leather sectional suite, which is fitted with powered reclining chairs. This is a great place to sit back and relax, whilst watching our huge 60 inch flat screen LED HDTV. We have hundreds of cable TV channels to choose from. Dont miss any of the English Premier league football matches, we have them all live! We provide you with the upgraded Brighthouse TV, phone and Wifi internet package.  unlike many Florida Villa's you will be able to watch more than Bay news 9 in our home! 



You will have lightening fast 60 mega bite per second internet speeds. We have the NEW iHome portable speaker system. This lets you connect your IPAD, IPHONE or IPOD via our wifi and play all your music direct from your device. We also provide an XBOX 360 with kinect, so watch the children have bundles of fun playing the XBOX in stunning HD on a huge screen. This is great fun for all the family 

The Shire has a Community clubhouse which is FREE for our guests use. Here you will find a fully equipped air conditioned Gym, Table Tennis, a Resort style swimming pool, Two tennis courts and a volleyball court, there is also a fully air conditioned relaxation area.

 

 

There are lots of Shops and Restaurants to choose from and they are just minutes away from our home. Supermarkets and pharmacy's are also conveniently located.  If Golf is your passion then welcome to a Golfers paradise. The prestigious Champions Gate Golf courses are practically on your doorstep!  We are also ideally situated for easy access to the brand new LEGOLAND.  This really will be your dream home away from home. When you arrive at our home we want your first thought to be WOW! we are confident this will be the case. 

We have a fully fitted kitchen with an island and breakfast bar, which has seating for 7. We also have a more formal dining table with seating for 8. 

 

Our living room has a 3 and a 2 seater leather suite, this is the ideal place to relax whilst planning the next days adventure.
We have two King size  double master bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms. The en-suite to the 1st master really has to be seen to be believed, this features a walk in closet which is huge and is the size of some double bedrooms!. We have two twin bedrooms with a shared bathroom and a downstairs Queen double bedroom with en-suite. All our 5 bedrooms are fitted with flat screen TV's. 

We have a stunning very private fully screened 40 foot balcony which overlooks our pool and the conservation. We have relaxing reclining balcony chairs, here you can sit back and relax watching those amazing Florida sunsets and the colourful wildlife, which can be seen flying into the conservation to take their nightly rest. Our location is truly amazing, the Shire at West Haven is a much sought after location and is a secure gated community.
