Check the availability calendar, chose your dates, calculate your rental (weekly rates are as below, daily rates please divide the weekly rate by 7) and then contact us to confirm availability and full cost.

What is included in our rental rates shown below?

The rental price is for the use of the whole of the villa and NOT per person. The price includes all US taxes and use of all the facilities. Prices quoted are weekly rates if you require a different period add the additional days to the weekly rates (daily rates are weekly rate divided by 7), or contact us for a quote.

Security Deposit​​

​A refundable security deposit of UK £300/US $400 is required and due with the balance of your rental payment. The security deposit will be returned to you in full when the home has been inspected for any loss or damage following your departure. In the unlikely event that any loss or damage to our home has occurred during your stay, then any costs to repair/replace will be deducted from your security deposit. The balance will then be refunded to you.We aim to return the monies due within 14 days of your return.

We now also offer our guests an additional peace of mind insurance policy. For a $80 fee paid locally to our Management Company you will be covered for up to $3000 for accidental damage caused to our home. This insurance policy is proving very popular with our guests. ​

Cleaning Charge​

On top of the charges listed below please add our standard cleaning charge of £120/$145

Optional Extras
Electric Pool & Spa heat is £20/$25 per day and is highly recommended for stays between October and March.

A mid-stay clean or daily maid service can be arranged and is payable locally please contact us for details.

A 25% deposit is required to reserve your dates; if your arrival date is within 10 weeks full payment is required.
